FocusWindow Terms of Service

Last updated: June 17, 2026

These terms apply to your use of FocusWindow.

Use of the App

You may use FocusWindow for personal productivity and focus workflows. You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its services, or use it to violate laws or third-party rights.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in information secure. If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to follow these terms.

Third-Party Services

FocusWindow can connect to third-party services such as Spotify and can open websites in FocusTabs. Those services are not controlled by FocusWindow and may have their own terms, privacy policies, limits, and availability.

Your Content and Data

You keep ownership of your tasks, preferences, progress data, and other content you enter into the app. You give FocusWindow permission to store and process that data as needed to provide app features, including sync.

Availability

FocusWindow is provided as-is. Features may change, break, or become unavailable, especially while the app is in early testing.

No Warranty

FocusWindow is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every use.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, FocusWindow and its maintainers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app.

Termination

You may stop using FocusWindow at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if the app is misused or these terms are violated.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app changes. Continued use of FocusWindow after an update means you accept the updated terms.
